Four-day expo to Showcase Modern Construction and Interior Solutions
CHANDIGARH — The four-day ‘INS & OUTS Exhibition’ organized by the PHD Chamber of Commerce and Industry (PHDCCI) is set to take place from September 25 to 28 at the Parade Ground in Sector 17, Chandigarh. The mega showcase brings together leading construction professionals, real estate developers, and architects alongside local residents looking for the latest home construction, renovation, and interior design solutions.
Tailored for architects, builders and local residents planning to build, renovate, or rethink their living and working spaces, the four-day expo brings the latest home solutions right to your doorstep. Home owners can explore modern design trends while connecting directly with manufacturers and suppliers.
On September 25, the INS & OUTS Conference will feature a special presentation on “Parametric Architecture.”
Member of Parliament Manish Tewari will officially inaugurate the event on September 26 alongside special guests H.S. Lucky, with backing from key industry bodies including IIA, CREDAI, IGBC, IIID, and ASHRAE.
Over the four days, visitors will get a first-hand look at modern building materials, smart security equipment, home automation, and home décor, energy-efficient fixtures, modular furniture, and contemporary interior decor.
A key highlight of this edition is the launch of the PHDCCI Young Architects Forum on September 27. The platform will bring together emerging architects and designers from Chandigarh, Punjab, Haryana, and neighbouring states to discuss practical solutions for future urban development and modern construction needs.
Highlighting the scope of the exhibition, PHDCCI Chandigarh Chair Rajnish Bansal said, "INS & OUTS has grown into a space where anyone involved with a building project can find direct answers. A commercial developer can meet suppliers for eco-friendly materials, while a family planning a home renovation can discover practical layout ideas and modern fittings, all in one place."
Co-Chair Suvrat Khanna emphasized the value of bringing expertise directly to the public. "Chandigarh has always had a rich tradition of design and architecture. Through this exhibition, we want to give both industry buyers and individual house owners direct access to reliable suppliers, fresh ideas, and proven building methods," he said.
Along with product displays, experts will conduct interactive sessions throughout the event covering fire safety, property buying, home lighting, and space planning. PHDCCI Deputy Secretary General Naveen Seth encouraged all residents from across the Tricity to attend, noting that entry is open to the public and offers something useful for every visitor, whether they are building a office, remodeling a house, or sourcing materials for commercial projects.
