New Delhi - Mumbai based film maker and production designer Sumit Mishra's art exhibition ' Mannequin' will be held in the capital. Sumit Mishra's art will be showcased at Visual Art Gallery situated at Indian Habitat Centre from 9th to15th April. Speaking about this exhibition Sumit Mishra said, " with these different mannequins I am sharing my thoughts, views and angle with all of you.

New Delhi -The second prestigious Shah Rukh Khan La Trobe University PhD Scholarship was today presented to a New Delhi student with a passion to improve health outcomes for vulnerable communities, to study in Australia. During a Gala Dinner in Delhi, La Trobe University’s Vice-Chancellor, Professor Theo Farrell presented Sumaira Khan with the 2024 Shah Rukh Khan La Trobe University PhD Scholarship, valued at more than $225,000 (AUD).

New Delhi - The Ministry of Culture has announced the launch of ‘Vande Bharatam- Nritya Utsav’, an All-India dance competition as part of Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav.  The prime objective of this competition is to select the top dancing talent from across the country and provide them the opportunity to perform during the cultural programme at the Republic Day Parade 2022.

New Delhi - Indian Railways has allowed the e-catering services to resume in the trains. They will now be permitted to resume functions depending upon the feasibility, availability of staff and local restrictions. Food delivery on trains will be permitted at select stations across the nation, subject to the service providers following the operation instructions issued by the local governing authorities. This announcement has come after Mr. Manish Chandra, CEO and Founder, Rail Restro, had written to the Ministry of Railways and IRCTC officials to allow the e-catering services in the trains. 

New Delhi - The number of coronavirus cases in India has climbed to 15,712, which includes 507 deaths, the Union Health Ministry said today, adding that 1,334 cases and 27 deaths were reported in the last 24 hours. Top medical body - the Indian Council of Medical Research or ICMR - has reported 16,365 cases across the country, nearly 600 more than the figures released by Union Health Ministry.
