"Champions keep trying until they set it right" - Sudha Sharma

Panchkula - Sports play an immense role in building the character of a good human being and help students learn the spirit of true sportsmanship, boost up their courage and help to face the failures positively.

Sky World School organised its annual Cultural cum Mini Olympics on 8th Feb 2020 where Retired Chief Commissioner Income Tax Department  Sudha Sharma was the Guest of honour including many other principals, Colleagues from various school of the region.

The events were categorized under two levels ie. Junior and Senior. The tiny tots of kindergarten section displayed sportsmanship and enthralled the audience with their fun-filled race which includes Jellyfish race, Chhota bheem race, skip the hoop, obstacle race, ice cream race, pyramid race, run roll jump, hurdle race etc.

The event began with spectacular welcome dance, song, lightning of Diya and thought-provoking speech by Director Principal Santosh Bhandari and our worthy guest of honour Sudha Sharma.

The senior wing events consisted of many races ie 100m, 200m relay race, shot put, discus throw and many more. the parents and grandparents participation in the races was the main attraction of the day which everyone enjoyed thoroughly. the school thanked everyone who contributed their services either directly or indirectly for the grand success of this mega event. the winners were conferred with a medal, trophy and certificate. the zeal and enthusiasm of Sky Worldians were witnessed by the huge audience present there.
